STEP 1: PROJECT PLANNING

Before we start on any project, we make sure we understand each client’s specific goals and objectives. Thorough knowledge of the project will let us decide on the particular technology, architecture, or prefabricated components that would work best. To make things more efficient, we always suggest a total work-in-progress plan and timetable at this stage.

  • A series of meeting is held to clarify goals and expectations
  • Applications are deployed and implemented with zero or minimum work disruption
  • Special concerns and project deadlines are regularly addressed
  • Both progress plan and timetable are designed and put in place, accompanied by a tentative budget
