STEP 6: DISCUSS NEXT PROJECT & RE-ASSESS BIG PICTURE

With business situations and requirements changing through time, we often revisit the project plans to accommodate any changes or adjustments necessary. After every major step, a complete reassessment and evaluation is made in order to form guidelines for the following projects. This goes one, until all projects are completed.

  • Changes or adjustments are addressed periodically, specially as a result of shifting business conditions
  • Reassessment and evaluation are done after each major step in completing the project
  • Feedback and results will act as guidelines for the next step
  • The process takes place up until all subprojects are addressed and completed
